Terms and conditions

1. McDonald’s India (West and South) is running McDelivery Service (hereinafter referred to as “McDelivery”).

2. McDelivery is specially designed for customers who place orders through McDelivery Application or website

(a) HRPL’s website viz. www.mcdelivery.co.in; and/or

(b) HRPL’s mobile site viz. www.mcdelivery.co.in; and/or

(c) HRPL’s mobile applications viz. McDelivery India – West & South which is available on Android, Apple Store.

3. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that delivery instructions are clear and concise.

4. The acceptance of order shall be at the entire discretion of HRPL.

5. It is clarified that McDelivery is not available at all restaurants of McDonald’s India/HRPL. To check whether McDelivery is available in your area, customers need to :
(i) log on to HRPL’s website viz. www.mcdelivery.co.in; and/or
(ii) check the HRPL’s mobile site viz. www.mcdelivery.co.in; and/or
(iii) check the HRPL’s mobile applications viz. McDelivery which is available on Android , Apple store

6. HRPL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without limitations, conditions and/or qualifications, and without need of prior notification, to limit, change, modify or cancel any order, and/or to refuse any service to any customer for any reason attributable to the unavailability of the items ordered, or other circumstances and conditions beyond the control of HRPL’s which would render impossible or delay the fulfillment of its obligations.

7. HRPL reserves the right to refuse or to accept or to cancel any order from any customer beyond the delivery area or otherwise.

8. Delivery orders are subject to:
a. Customer addresses falling in the delivery area (area within which McDelivery is available) of the nearest restaurant. The delivery area is defined from time to time by HRPL at its discretion and is subject to change.
b. The delivery address being mapped to the nearest restaurant that delivers in customer area.
c. Availability of McDonald’s products.
d. In case the delivery locality is not listed in the restaurant map, delivery orders cannot be placed.

9. Once the order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled by the customers for any reason.

10. 10. The price of McDonald’s products in all States where HRPL is operating its restaurants, other than the States of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, is exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and service taxes.

11. The price of McDonald’s products is exclusive of delivery charges. The customer is liable to pay delivery charges (on the order placed through McDelivery) as applicable in that particular city plus service tax and other taxes as may be applicable from time to time.

12. HRPL shall use its best efforts to meet the scheduled delivery time conveyed by the McDelivery Call Center on the phone to the customer, however, it does not guarantee these delivery timelines in every case. HRPL shall not have any liability to customer if the customer's order fails to meet in whole or in part such scheduled delivery time.

13. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that customer himself/herself or an appropriate person is available at the delivery address and he/she must pay in full for the order placed through McDelivery. If customer or appropriate person fails to be present for McDelivery, HRPL is entitled to charge the customer in full the amount of order and the cost of delivery

14. Upon delivery, customer shall pay in cash all charges (including delivery charges mentioned above) incurred in connection with the order. Alternately, while placing the order on the McDelivery website www.mcdelivery.co.in, customers may choose the online payment option, upon which they shall be redirected to an external payment gateway, on which they are required to follow the payment gateway’s separate instructions for effecting online payment. The payment gateway is not under HRPL’s control, and HRPL is not responsible for and shall not be liable to any extent or in any manner for any payment-related or internet-related issues faced by customers in relation to online payments including payment refunds, and customers shall indemnify and keep fully and effectively indemnified HRPL and its affiliates in this regard.

15. a. In-Store Order - This service allows customers to use the McDelivery app to skip the queue at the counter to place their order to dine-in or take away directly on their phones. Customers can either place their order once they're in the restaurant or even place it in advance.
b. On The Go - This service turns any McDonalds store into a Drive-Thru without the need of having any special Drive-Thru lane. Customers can use the McDelivery app to order in advance from a store which is on their travel route, enter their vehicle details and just stop kerbside close to our restaurant and a designated crew member will come deliver their order.

16. HRPL reserves the right to reject the Delivery order or to cancel the same once it is accepted:
a. In case HRPL is unable to contact the customer due to any reason whatsoever on the mobile / landline number of the customer as provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
b. In case of non receipt of payment in full or in part in any previous order.
c. In case of abuse to any employee/ representative /riders of HRPL in any previous incident.
d. If there is a trend of order cancellations.
e. If there is a trend of frequent complaints and consequent replacements.
f. If customer has provided wrong, inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect address.
g. If customer’s address is not falling in defined delivery area of the nearest or any other restaurant or beyond the delivery area of HRPL.
h. In view of difficult operating conditions for McDelivery like heavy traffic or bad weather condition or New ’Year’s eve, during Ganesh festival, Christmas and Navratri, political rallies etc.
i. In any other event at the sole discretion of HRPL, without the need to assign any reason or explanation.

17. Menu and prices are subject to change without notice.

18. HRPL may change the terms of, or add new terms to, these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without cause, and without giving notice.

19. HRPL reserves the right to send to the customers registered with McDelivery, promotional electronic mails and Short Message Service (SMS) though the mobile numbers of such customers may be registered with the DND (Do Not Disturb) services.

20. By registering on McDelivery, you allow HRPL to contact you for offers and updates relating to your account.

21. Coke Zero is not recommended for children below 12 years or for pregnant women or for phenylketonurics.

22. Types of information we collect and how it is used:

When using Online Services i.e. when ordering or registering on HRPL’s website or Mobile Applications or when participating in a survey or submitting website feedback, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number and/or other details. HRPL gathers such personal information only when voluntarily submitted by you. e.g., personal information may be collected from you in order to get your feedback on our website and our products, or to improve our website in order to serve you better, or to quickly process your transactions, or to ensure your entry in one of our contests or sweepstakes. If you do not agree or consent to submission of such information, you will not be allowed to register yourself or participate in our contests, sweepstakes or use any functions on our website which require such personal information to be submitted.

23. Further information on how we use your personal information when using our Internet ordering system:

When using the HRPL’s internet ordering system additional information is collected when you place an order online. This information assists in the delivery to your door and to verify your credentials. The internet order system also stores information about your order to help you remember and re-order the same menu in future.

24. Credit card and netbanking details:

HRPL does not store any of your credit card and/or netbanking details. We work with third-party secured payment providers to handle online transactions who might store card information based on the user’s consent.

25. Third Party Disclosure:

HRPL may share personal information within the McDonald’s Family. The McDonald’s Family includes McDonald’s Corporation, our franchisees, our subsidiaries and our affiliates. Personal information that you submit to HRPL may be disclosed to a third party; such as our vendors/suppliers and/or agents, who are employed to provide some of our services such; to meet the purpose for which it was submitted. Of course, any use of this information by the McDonald’s Family will comply with this Policy. Occasionally, we will send marketing information to you, such as discount coupons, information about new product offerings, etc. If you do not wish to receive such materials, requests should be made directly by contacting us at the email or postal address listed below.

26. Access and Security:

HRPL will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information collected is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You can access and edit/modify your personal information i.e. name, postal address and contact details at any time. HRPL will take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

27. Sensitive Information:

HRPL will not collect, use or disclose sensitive information except with your specific consent.

28. Click Stream Data:

Each time you visit the our website our server collects some anonymous information, known as click-stream data, including the type of browser and system you are using; the address of the site you have come from and move to after your visit; the date and time of your visit; and your server's IP address. HRPL may collect this information for statistical purposes to find out how the websites is used and navigated, including the number of hits, the frequency and duration of visits, most popular session times. HRPL may use this information to evaluate and improve our website.

29. Cookies:

“Cookies” are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record keeping purposes. Cookies allow the website to remember important information that will make your use of the sites more convenient. Like most websites, HRPL uses cookies for a variety of purposes in order to improve your on-line experience. e.g., we track the total number of visitors to our website on an anonymous aggregate basis. We may also employ cookies so that we recognize you when you revisit our sites and to keep track of the items/pages you view on our website to help us customize your experience. For example, once you have placed an order you may be offered the opportunity to personalize your order so that the system remembers it for future use.

The policies of HRPL’s website may vary from other McDonald’s sites operated by other McDonald’s entities, however because of local customs, practices or laws or due to circumstances unique to those sites. In all cases, however, we will honour the commitments to our customers set forth in this policy regarding the collection and use of personal information.

31. Changes to Our Privacy Policy:

If we change our Policy, we will post the revised version here, so we suggest that you check here periodically for the most up-to-date version of our Policy. Your continued use of the sites will be deemed acceptance of the Policy.

32. Consent:

By using this mobile app, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Whenever you submit information via this site, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

35. Proprietary Rights

1. All materials on the Website/App, including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, images, text, columns, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, artwork, software and other elements (collectively “Material”) are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by HRPL. You acknowledge and agree that all Material on the Website/App is made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. Any unauthorized attempt to modify any Material, to defeat or circumvent any security features, or to utilize the App or any part of the Material for any purpose other than its intended purposes is strictly prohibited.

2. The Website/App may not be used in connection with any commercial purposes, except as specifically approved by HRPL.

36. Prohibited Use

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, central or state or local regulations, rules or laws; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of Terms and Conditions or of any related Website/App, other Website/Apps, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of McDelivery Services or any related Website/App, other Website/Apps, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of McDelivery Services or any related Website/App for violating any of the prohibited uses.

37. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

All products and services delivered to you through McDelivery are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. In no case shall we, our franchisee/s, affiliate/s, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, interns, vendors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured via McDelivery, or for any other claim related in any way to your use, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via McDelivery, even if advised of their possibility.

38. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our franchisee/s, affiliate/s, directors, members and any persons, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

39. Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

40. In case of any dispute with respect to McDelivery, the decision of HRPL shall be final and binding on all concerned. Disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court/s at Mumbai only.

41. It is clarified that, by placing an order/s through McDelivery Number, a customer unconditionally and fully accepts all above terms and conditions of McDelivery.

42. Paytm Wallet

1. Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited (“HRPL”) along with One97 Communications Limited (“One97”), is starting new online payment channel under category of Wallets known as “Paytm Wallet”.

2. Paytm Wallet is specially designed to enhance the convenience experience of customers (“Customer” or “the Customer”) who purchase McDonald’s food product/s through the following medium:

a. HRPL’s website i.e. www.mcdelivery.co.in

b. HRPL’s mobile application viz. McDelivery – India West & South which is available on Android, Windows, Blackberry and Apple Store.

3. Paytm Wallet enables the Customer to pay the transaction/order amount by using his/her Paytm Wallet.

4. Procedure to use the Paytm Wallet:

a. The Customer has to place an order for any McDonald’s product/s either through 1) HRPL’s website i.e. www.mcdelivery.co.in or 2) HRPL’s mobile application viz. McDelivery – India West & South which is available on Android and Apple Store.

b. After placing an order, the Customer will be redirected to the payment page, where he/she has to select “Wallets” as a payment option. After selecting the Wallets he/she again needs to select “PayTM” from other options available under the Wallet category.

c. After selecting “PayTM”, Customer has to click on “LINK ACCOUNT” shown below PayTM option. By clicking on LINK ACCOUNT, the Customer will get a One Time Password (“OTP”) of six digits on his/her registered mobile number :

(i) If Customer already has Paytm Account then after entering the six digits of OTP, he/she will be linked to his/her Paytm Wallet, which enables the Customer to see Paytm Wallet balance and use the balance of Paytm Wallet to pay for his/her order.

(ii) If Customer does not have Paytm Account then he/she needs to create a Paytm Account by filling the necessary details.

(iii) Provided however Customer has to link his/her Paytm Wallet first time, after doing so, his/her Paytm Wallet will be linked to PayTM by default. Customer at his/her discretion can delink the Paytm Wallet any time.

d. If the Customer has :

(i) zero balance in his/her Paytm Wallet, the Customer can recharge his/her Paytm Wallet equivalent to the transaction/order amount by clicking on “RECHARGE WALLET” through Paytm’s Gateway by using his/her Debit Card or Credit Card or Net Banking ; or

(ii) if the Customer has low balance in his/her Paytm Wallet, then the Customer can recharge his/her Paytm Wallet by paying the differential amount i.e. if Customer has ordered McDonald’s food worth Rs. 150/- and he/she has a balance of Rs. 100/- in his/her Paytm Wallet then the Customer has to recharge his/her Paytm Wallet only for Rs. 50/- through Paytm’s Gateway by using his/her Debit Card or Credit Card or Net Banking.

e. After adding/recharging sufficient money in his/her Paytm Wallet, the Customer can proceed to pay his/her transaction/order amount by using Paytm Wallet.

f. After the successful payment of the transaction/order amount via Paytm Wallet, an order number will be generated and this message will be displayed on screen: “Your order has been placed successfully”. The Customer will also receive Short Message Service (“SMS”) and e-mail on his/her registered mobile number and registered e-mail address (if any) containing the order information.

5. Customer can pay the transaction/order amount by clubbing “E-code” payment option i.e. Customer can redeem the rupees available under “E-code” and after redemption of E-Code, the balance amount can be paid by using Paytm Wallet. Provided however Customer cannot club the Paytm payment with any other payment option (except E-code), Customer has to pay full transaction/order amount through Paytm Wallet and he/she cannot pay transaction/order amount in part with Paytm Wallet and part with using any other payment options like Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking etc. (except E-code).

6. Only after the successfully payment through Paytm Wallet, HRPL shall deliver the McDonald’s products as per the Customer’s order and shall issue the invoice to the Customer. If for any reason, Customer’s order fails, then in such event HRPL shall not be obliged to deliver the McDonald’s product or to issue the invoice to the Customer.

7. HRPL and its franchisees, affiliates, associates and agents take no responsibility nor provide any guarantees for successful recharge of Customer’s Paytm Wallet through Paytm’s Gateway and are further not responsible in case after the successful recharge through Paytm’s Gateway the balance amount does not appear on Customer’s Paytm Wallet for any reason whatsoever. In each such event, the Customer shall keep HRPL and its franchisees, affiliates, associates and agents fully and effectively indemnified against any claims.

8. HRPL and/or One97 reserve the right to modify / terminate the online payment channel i.e. Paytm Wallet and / or the terms and conditions contained herein, at its discretion and without prior notice and without assigning any reasons for the same.

9. Apart from the instructions, rules and conditions with respect to Paytm Wallet contained herein, the Customer shall also be bound by the instructions, rules and conditions with respect to use of Paytm Wallet as may be contained or published by One97 in any advertising material and/or the website and/or the Mobile App etc. of One97.

10. HRPL and its franchisees, affiliates, associates and agents are not responsible / liable for non-fulfilment, in full or in part, any terms in the respect of use of Paytm Wallet published by One97, in which case the Customer is requested to contact the authorised official of One97. The Customer irrevocably and unconditionally waives any and all claims against HRPL, its franchisees, agents, associates, and affiliates.

11. Payment through Paytm Wallet implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of Paytm Wallet mentioned herein.

12. Payment through Paytm Wallet is entirely voluntary and it is understood that payment through Paytm Wallet by the Customer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

13. Payment through Paytm Wallet is subject to force majeure conditions including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, war, riots, change of law, the imposition of statutory prohibitions/ restrictions and on occurrence of any such event, Paytm Wallet shall be deemed to be automatically withdrawn /cancelled.

14. All McDonald’s products are available for sale at the regular current menu prices with other payment options, without having to pay through Paytm Wallet. For menu prices, please refer to the Restaurant menu board and for other payment options please refer to www.mcdelivery.co.in or HRPL’s mobile application viz. McDelivery – India West & South.

15. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of Paytm Wallet and/or the instructions, rules and conditions or interpretation thereof, the decision of HRPL shall be final and binding on all concerned.  No claims or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

16. Payment through Paytm Wallet via www.mcdelivery.co.in or HRPL’s mobile application viz. McDelivery – India West & South and any matter arising from or in relation to such payment or these Terms and Conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of competent court/s at Mumbai.

43. Amazon Pay

Offer Terms & Conditions

a. This offer is a joint promotional initiative provided by HARDCASTLE RESTAURANTS PVT LTD ("Merchant") and Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon"). "This offer is made available to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon") on the Website (defined below) maintained and operated by HARDCASTLE RESTAURANTS PVT LTD ("Merchant")."

b. The Offer is valid from 1st June 2019 – 30th June, 2019 (both days inclusive) ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion, without assigning any reason, without prior notice, and without liability of any kind.

c. Under this Offer, a cashback of a minimum amount of INR 10 and a maximum amount of INR 150 on a minimum purchase of INR 99/-,applicable once per user on using Amazon Pay on McDelivery during the offer period will be provided to each customer who:

(i) completes a transaction on the website of the Merchant at McDelivery or its corresponding mobile application / mobile site (collectively "Website"); and

(ii) pays for such transaction using the "Amazon Pay" option available on the Website.

(Each transaction meeting the aforesaid requirements being referred to as a "Qualifying Transaction").

It is clarified that the amount of cashback that a customer receives will be determined on a random basis and APIPL accepts no responsibility for the amount that a customer receives under this Offer.

d. Cashback for a Qualifying Transaction will be provided in the form of Amazon Pay Balance. Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with Amazon Gift Cards. Amazon Gift Cards are issued Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited and are subject to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions available at http://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201522810

e. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions. To the extent the Gift Card terms and conditions are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.

f. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the Offer, at its sole discretion, if it identifies any fraudulent activity being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or for any reason whatsoever.

g. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion made available by Amazon on the Website.

h. This Offer can only be availed once by each customer. Additionally, and for the avoidance of doubt, Amazon Pay Balance will only be provided for the first Qualifying Transaction (and not for any subsequent transactions) made by the customer during the Offer Period.

i. This Offer will not be applicable if you, the Merchant or Amazon cancels the order fully or partially and in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In case the Qualifying Transaction is cancelled after you have received the cashback, you acknowledge and agree that the appropriate cashback amount (received under the Qualifying Transaction) will be adjusted from your refund receivable amount

j. Amazon reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

k. This Offer is valid for Indian residents only.

l. The Amazon Pay Balance will be sent to the registered email ID of the customer making the Qualifying Transaction within 3 business days of such Transaction.

44. Make any meal a Happy Meal

Within the West and South of India HRPL has the rights to market, sell and promote its products through various schemes and offers at its sole discretion. One such offer currently under promotion is ‘Make any meal a Happy Meal’ (“the Promotion”).

These terms and conditions shall be applicable to the Promotion.

a. The Promotion shall be valid from 1st May 2018 up to 31st May 2018 (both days inclusive) or until stocks lasts or may be discontinued and/altered at the sole discretion of HRPL. The toys given out under the Promotion are from past promotions.

b. The Promotion shall be valid only on purchase of a food and drink in combination and no toys shall be given out without the purchase of the above mentioned combination.

c. The toys given as a part of the Promotion shall be from the existing stocks available at the store and on a no-return, no-exchange basis. No complaints with regard to the toys shall be entertained after the customer has left the store premises or in case of McDelivery after the order has been placed. HRPL neither warrants, guarantees nor makes any representation towards the working condition, safety, durability, efficiency or quality of the toys. The same shall be acquired and used by the customers at their sole risk and consequence. HRPL shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the customers whilst using the toys.

d. Only in-store customers may get the opportunity to select the toy of their choice from and out of the available stocks at the store and no other requests of any particular toy shall be entertained by HRPL during the Promotion. The drive-thru, takeaway and McDelivery customers shall not get any opportunity to choose the toy.

e. All images and other communication elements in all print and digital media are for representation only and the actual product and the toy may differ from the images showcased.

f. Toys once handed over cannot be exchanged.

g. The Promotion does not mandate any customer to purchase their meals as a part of the Promotion and it is at the sole discretion of the customers to pay Rs. 35/- extra for their meal to enjoy a toy.

h. Customers are free to purchase the regular Happy Meal® combos and / or any other menu items, and the prices of such combos and of such menu items shall remain unchanged during the Promotion. Such combos and items are available at regular menu prices without having to participate in the Promotion.

i. The Promotion shall be valid for take away, drive thru and McDelivery orders however, shall not be valid for kiosks.

j. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited (“HRPL”) is conducting a promotion called McSaver Ramzan Combo (“the Promotion”). The promotion is applicable for consumers who order from any McDonald’s Family Restaurants (hereinafter referred to as “restaurants” or “the restaurants”) located in West and South India HRPL and/or its franchisees or order through HRPL’s website / App. The Promotion is specially designed for the festive period of Ramzan in order to offer discounts to the consumers ordering combination products such as a Burger / Wrap / Naan, along with Small Fries, Small hot fudge soft serve and a Small coke which combination hereinafter shall be referred to as “Festive combo”. Apart from the Festive Combo the other offering is chicken combo which consists of the following:

For West: 2 pc spicy chicken patty + 3 pc Chicken Strips + 6pc Chicken Mc Nuggets + Small Coke
For South: 4 pc Chicken Wings + 3 pc Chicken Strips + 6pc Chicken Mc Nuggets + Small Coke

The idea is to offer to the consumers a combination of products at a price lower than the a la carte price of each product. Kindly Note - the a la carte price of each product as also the price of the combinations (stated below) may vary basis the location of the restaurant.

j. The offer is valid on McDelivery.

k. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion mentioned herein.

l. In case for any reason whatsoever, the food product for which the discount is offered/to be availed of is unavailable, a different food product of equivalent or lower value can be chosen by the consumer, if available. The decision of HRPL in this regard will be final and no claims of any nature whatsoever will be entertained.

m. HRPL reserves the right to revise the prices of its food products at any point of time.

n. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to the promotion form part of these provisions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the provisions as contained herein shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
